What you'll need to bring on day one.

land'Ouks is a virtual-first agency — that independence comes with a short list of things you'll need in place before you're activated.

Smartphone & WhatsApp

A reliable smartphone with an active SIM, WhatsApp access and enough airtime/data for daily business communication.

Laptop & internet

A reliable laptop or computer with stable internet, comfortable using LandOuks' digital systems, forms and CRM.

Transport

Reliable transport for viewings, valuations, inspections, show houses and client meetings.

Runway

Enough financial resources to cover at least your first three months — transport, data, marketing, printing and client servicing.

Marketing pack

The minimum LandOuks-branded marketing material, in line with your setup package, before full activation.

PPRA standing

A valid or in-progress PPRA registration (FFC), kept current along with CPD, POPIA and FICA obligations.

From candidate to principal, with a clear line of sight.

Your PPRA status determines what you're licensed to do at each stage — separate from the commission split you choose.
